What does the 12 month warranty cover?
12 month installation warrantly covers anything to do with the installation eg. refrigerant gas leaks, drain leak, noisy vents, excessive vibrations.
How far do your technicians travel?
Within the Perth metro area. However, we can and will travely to rural areas when the costs of the project or call out rates are agreed upon.
Do I have to pay for an air conditioning equipment audit?
Most reports are free of charge, but in case of an individual or company condition report and/or dilapidation report, charges will apply according to the scope and size of the audit.
Do you provide air conditioning engineering design services?
Yes, Free Flow uses industry standard compliant Mechanical Services Engineering Consultants for any and all design services.
How quickly can my air conditioner be repaired?
Our average turnaround time is within 6 hours of acceptance of the job.
Can you come fix my air conditioner on weekends and public holidays?
